Hi there, @fersampa. Since Bilt recently moved its card servicing from Wells Fargo, the direct API connection from Bilt to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is still unavailable.
As Bilt is not included in the list of supported banks, you can submit a request to have your financial institution added. The request alerts QuickBooks' engineering team about the bank or card not being available, and they will investigate whether they can establish a connection with the new Bilt system.
Here’s how to do it:
- In your QBSE account, go to Transactions.
- Click the Add transaction dropdown and choose Add bank account.
- Fill in “Bilt credit card” in the search bar.
- Hit Request.
- Enter the Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL.
- Once done, select Request.
In the meantime, you have the option to keep your business transactions up to date by downloading transactions from your financial institution’s website and manually importing them to QBSE.
