Can anyone help me with missing subtotal on financial report?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the subtotal is available depends on the type of report. However, if you're running a Statement of Financial report, it has a grouping and each of the groups has a subtotal.

I'd also recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
