As long as your payroll W-2 form isn’t filed yet, you can still change your employee’s information. I’m glad to show you the steps.
- Go to the Payroll menu, then choose Employees.
- Select the employee’s name.
- Under Employee details, click the Pencil icon beside Profile.
- Change the employee's address.
- Press Done.
