Can I get some help , I have a contractor payment that hasn’t been received by them although I spoke to QB support and they stated they would receive payment ?

How can I be sure it went or is going to the right account as it was DD

QuickBooks Online (QBO) will process your direct deposit based on when you sent the payment, Leonard.

 

The time it takes for direct deposit payments to contractors can vary depending on the payroll product you're using. To make sure your payment is processed on time, submit it before the cut-off time, which is usually 5 PM PT. If you don't receive any updates after the funding time, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team again. They can track the Direct Deposit transactions and they'll provide some information on what happened. 

 

Also, you can run 1099 reports in QuickBooks to show contractors that need 1099s. To know how to run these reports, you may want to check out this article: Understand which contractors need 1099s.
