In QBO, you can have multiple companies with the same login information. Each account has it's own paid subscription.
To add a new subscription, go to the QuickBooks pricing page, then choose your plan. Sign in with the user ID and password you already use for QuickBooks.
Whenever you sign in, QuickBooks asks which company file you want to open. To switch between companies when you're in QuickBooks, select Settings ⚙, then Switch company.
