QuickBooks Online only relies primarily on the information provided by PayPal during the connection process. Currently, when importing a PayPal customer into QuickBooks, the full mailing address can only be entered manually.
Given your sentiments, I recommend sharing your suggestions with our Product Engineers. They will review your input carefully and take it into consideration for potential inclusion in future updates, depending on user demand.
Here's how you can send feedback:
- Connect PayPal Integration if it's still not connected.
- Go to the App Integrations page
- Click on Give Feedback in the upper right corner
- Provides specific feedback regarding Paypal integration.
- Click Next to submit.
