Can i override the date on entering my tax rates to back then to Jan 1 2022

When adding tax rate in QuickBooks Online, you can change the start date of the tax agency you've used to your tax rate.

You can follow these steps to make some necessary changes:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Within the Sales tax, find the agency.
3. Click Edit. Select the correct date in the Start date field.  Make sure to apply the correct dates to your tax agencies.
4. Click Save.
