Can I recover account

Yes, Will. You can recover your account in various ways, depending on the situation.

Once a user is locked out of their QuickBooks account or can't access it, there are several methods to recover it. The steps you'll have to take vary on whether you still have access to your phone number and email.

If you forgot your password but still can use your Intuit registered mobile number or email address, follow the instructions below:

  1. Access our Sign-in help page.
  2. Enter your User ID, mobile digits, or email address in the designated field.
  3. If you sign in using your mobile number or email address, you'll receive a text or an email consisting of a verification code. When you log in using your User ID, you'll have the ability to choose your preferred recovery method.
  4. Input the verification code and follow the instructions in the message.
  5. Once prompted, you can reset your password or select Skip.

In case you no longer have your phone or can't connect to your email, refer to the I lost access to my phone or email address section of this link:  Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in. It can guide you in handling this situation.

After retrieving your account, you can then downgrade your plan. You can utilize this article to guide you through the process: Upgrade or downgrade your product's edition.

You may also change your Intuit Account details and credentials. Doing so ensures your information is up-to-date for seamless account login, verifications, and recovery.
