Yes, you can. You have the option to create secondary company files that are entirely separate from each other.
Here’s how:
- Open QuickBooks and click File on the top menu bar.
- Select New Company from the drop-down list, and click Express Start.
- Enter the new company’s name, address and contact information in the appropriate fields, and click Create Company.
- Repeat the process to set up other companies.
To switch between companies, click File from the top menu and select Open Previous Company. Navigate to the company file that you want and click Open.
