Yes, we can only access QuickBooks Self-Employed account one at a time. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using the web browser. Doing this allows you to see if it has something to do with the app.
If it's showing up, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start a clean slate. Doing this helps refresh the application and load your data on your business device.
For Android devices, you can access the QuickBooks Self-Employed: Mileage Tracker and Taxes via Google Play Store.
For iOS devices, you can download the QuickBooks Self-Employed Mileage and Expense Tracker via the App Store.
