Can more than one person access the self employed app? i logged in on one phone and now won't let me log on to my preferred business phone.

If only one device can access the app how do I remove it from one device to the other? I have logged out on my personal line but when logging in on my business deice it states that I do not have this option. I am still able to log in on the personal line however.

Hi there, @useralannahearlyoung. It's our priority to ensure you can access your account on your business device again.

 

Yes, we can only access QuickBooks Self-Employed account one at a time. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using the web browser. Doing this allows you to see if it has something to do with the app.

 

If it's showing up, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to start a clean slate. Doing this helps refresh the application and load your data on your business device.

 

If you're still unable to login, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team so they can further investigate.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the Ask a question box.
  4. Press on Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred support method to reach us.

In the meantime, if you encounter the error again, it'd be best to access your company via any supported browser.
