We're unable to add or rename the Detail Type of an account. However, you can replace it with the other Detail Types under the Account Type you choose. Example: For the Utilities expense account, you can choose other detail types from the drop list.

Just a little constructive criticism for the answer supplied:
For me, personally, some answers get convoluted and confusing when you offer "solutions" that don't really apply to the question. In the current case, the question was simple enough and the answer should have been a simple "No, sorry, it's not modifiable at this time"...or something to that extent.
To add anything to the simple answer forces the reader to take time to "explore" the "solution/work around" provided when in this particular case, there really is no other solution or work around.
