Have you encountered an error message? Let's make sure to enter the correct login info when accessing your Intuit account. The User ID and Password that you use to access QuickBooks is not the same as your Intuit Account login credentials (unless you set it up that way on purpose).
If you can't remember your user ID and/or password?, you can choose the Forgot your Password? or Forgot your User ID? option to retrieve your credentials.
Here's how:
- Go to https://www.quickbooks.com/account.
- Click I forgot my user ID or password link.
- Enter your registered email, phone number, or user ID.
- Type the code you receive.
- Your User ID will reflect. Then, reset your password.
Once done, try logging in again.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your account, you can complete this form. Then, attach a copy of one of the indicated documents to verify your identity and click Submit.
