In QuickBooks Online, you can export this report by clicking the Download trip button from the Add trip dropdown. The mileage report will open in an Excel file that shows all the detailed trips you've entered.
Here's how:
- Go to the Mileage tab from the left menu bar.
- Choose the specified Tax Year.
- Click on the Add trip dropdown, and select Download trips.
