Can you help convert an online company file to desktop?
I need to do this for future reference. Previous bookkeeper made multiple errors using the online version. It will not be an active file. But I don't want to keep paying just for "reference".

Once you successfully export from online to desktop all the transactions, right or wrong, will be in both places. After comparing reports and ensuring all data has transferred ypu can go ahead and cancel the online subscription. From that point on for 365 days you will retain reports only access but can reactivate if necessary. On day 366 your online data is "circular filed"
