Buy nowI'm losing my ever-living mind here. I can't for the life of me figure out how to cancel my QB Desktop Payroll subscription. I cancelled my QB Desktop subscription, yet Intuit continues to bill my card for Payroll services I can't possibly use.
When I log into the account online it gives me no options to cancel payroll. When I try to access the instructions through the desktop app, I get a totally-unhelpful error 557 (presumably because I no longer have a Desktop subscription).
I've already switched to a new provider for payroll. I just need this stupid service stopped. Why does it have to be so difficult?
