There's an open investigation about being unable to update the billing information in QuickBooks.
The suggested workaround is to ensure your billing address is listed on file. Otherwise, it will cause issues like being unable to change the credit card info.
- Go to this link: camps.intuit.com or go to this article on how to access CAMPs.
- Find your subscription in the Products & Services list.
- Click Details.
- In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method and click Edit.
- Update your information.
- Click Save and Close.
After that, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Technical Team so they can add your account to the investigation (INV-32714). This way, our Engineering Team will send an update regarding the issue via email.
