2023 This is what my dialog box looks like every time, and the numbers are from my registration email.

Login to your CAMPS and make sure the installation and product code are correct with the year version you want to register.
I cannot seem to find that information anywhere in the CAMP browser, where is it hiding? This is so frustrating. I miss my desktop version so much!
If you have an active subscription, you will see it on your dashboard in CAMPS. You can click on it and you will find your license information. Otherwise, you need to purchase a new one.
I do have an active subscription, for the life of me, I cannot find where this information is, under what icon, section or whatever. I am actually a very computer literate person and this is making me nuts:-)
Login to your CAMPS and click on "Quick view" link. You will find your codes.
Otherwise, contact me in private if you need assistance or use QB for Mac with a non subscription license.

However, since you have an active subscription and are unable to locate your license information from there, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. I know that you've already contacted them, but they can securely check your product number and assist you in registering your QBO for MAC.

Spent 15 minutes with an agent than waited more than 45 minutes on chat while a business consultant agent never showed up. Still cannot log into QB online. Apparently my License # that was emailed to me from Intuit is from 2011!!, no wonder I cannot register my product. This situation is not rectified and I am left with inadequate support yet again. I think I've tried 6x so far! It's ridiculous, I've paid for a product and I can't get into my account any longer due to License # issues. Very, very disappointed.
