Cannot select specific customers in custom reports.

Hi there, @ravikothari. I'll be more than happy to assist you in running your custom report and selecting your specific customer.

Before we proceed, may I ask if you received or encountered any errors when selecting your customer? If you can provide a screenshot, that would be much appreciated. If you want to view the data or entries associated to your customers, we can consider running the Transaction List by customer instead. We can also consider using the Transaction List by customer. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. On the search bar, type Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Under the Filter dropdown, check the box for Customer, then search for the customer you want to show.
  5. Hit Run report.

In the meantime, I suggest using a private window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

If you can now select a specific customer to your custom report, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.

Moreover, let me share this article to help you modify your reports: Create, access, and modify memorized reports.

I'll be here if you still have questions about your custom reports. Have a great day, and take care.
