Chart of Accounts - Account Type

Hi there, @Neenah, I'd be happy to help you make this change in your chart of accounts. 

If you are simply trying to change your account type, you will want to:

1. Select Accounting on the left navigation menu and Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the triangle in the Action column next to the account that you'd like to change and choose Edit.
3. Select the Account Type and Detail Type that you'd like.
4. Click Save and Close.

Alternatively, if you want to change the name of the account, you can follow these steps:

1. In the left navigation bar, click Transactions.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.
3. Look for your account, then click the small drop-down arrow beside View Register or Run Report.
4. Choose Edit.
5. Update the name of the account.
6. Click Save and Close.
