Client Subscription

I have a client who has not paid their billing for their monthly subscription for QB online & Payroll and not returning messages. I can see that they are still using their QB daily. 

 

Is there a way to me to pause their access until they pay their bill?

Client Subscription

I can share some information about pausing or removing a client from your ProAdvisor plan, @ESA4.

 

The feature to pause their subscription is currently unavailable. You can remove the client from your ProAdvisor discount plan. This won't impact their accounting data in any way. After that, they'll have read-only access to their QuickBooks company until they update their billing info or add them back to the ProAdvisor discount plan. 

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Gear icon ⚙ and then Billing and subscriptions.
  2. Click the Your subscriptions tab and select the client you want to remove.
  3. From the Select actions dropdown, choose Transfer billing to client.
