The original account was desktop. I had to sign up with another online account just to resolve this issue.

It does not need a complete review.  The solution is simple.  I have all the documentation to prove that I am the proper owner of the company.  I just need you to provide to me the Quickbooks identification number for the company so that I can properly complete my application to become primary administrator, in order to be able to view past quarterly performance of the company on Quickbooks.

The only person who can provide the identification number is the one who set up this account you have. Since we also don't have permission to access the subscription, I recommend contacting him and letting him give you the details you need. 

 

I'm also giving you the steps to find the ID by heading to the Gear icon.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Account.
  2. Next, navigate to Billing and Subscription.
  3. In the upper middle area, there's a piece of information that contains 15 digits you can see under the Company ID

You can purchase a 3rd party password service to reset the Admin password as the last resort

I am so sorry for what you are going through.  A potential new client wants me to work with them and the same thing happened.  The master administrator died along with the login info.  The ExecDir of the organization has put in well over 20 hours as well.  Really totally unacceptable.  I hope you finally get the help you need...and I hope the organization I am writing about does as well.  I am going to try to help them today.
