Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Most of the time, the amount of time it takes to convert from QBDT to QBO will depend on the file size and the internet connection/speed. If it stays longer than 24 hours, it may be best to force close QBDT, end all QBDT instances in your Task Manager, restart the computer, and give it another try.
