What item do I post on a customer's account to close it?
Ownership of building with tenant accts changed to new owner.
Would like to post on customer accounts an item stating "balance transfered to new owner" and have the balance owed go to an "other short term asset" account to record how much to transfer.
Not sure I'm explainging everything but any ideas on how to do this?
