Is there a way to get a complaint escalated beyond basic customer service? I have ‘chatted’ and spoken on the phone to 7 different people
over the course of almost 6 months and my problem still isn’t resolved, I’m owed more refunds, and I keep getting billed too much!!! Since March of 2022 I have been billed for 2 employees no longer at my business and I have also been billed for multi-state even though I have no business or employees in another state!!
6 of the reps I have ‘talked’ to promised my problem wouldn’t happen again, yet every month they bill me $28 too much. How on earth do I get past this!! I am so tired of explaining it in detail to more peoole who say the same thing yet don’t fix it!
