Different contact email on our header based on sales rep

We have 2 sales reps at our company, one who struggles with technology, including email.  I need to have to so that when they send an email to a customer it is that sales reps email in the header under our company name, not the general company email aka "Customer facing email" setting that only allows one email.  If emails go to our main sales person, who is not tech savy, and it is meant for the other sales person, they just delete it, so the other person, who is waiting on a reply, never see the email.  So the header needs to look something like this -

(Person one, only on their invocies)

OUR COMPANY
Address
Phone number

[email address removed]
Website

(Person Two, only on their invocies)

OUR COMPANY
Address
Phone number

[email address removed]
Website

Same with on the email sent to the customer, i needs to have the sales rep's email as the reply to, not the general company email

Different contact email on our header based on sales rep

I have some insight about sending sales emails to a customer using our sales representative's emails using QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'll share it with you, @GeorgeN.

After you email a customer, any responses will be sent to the company's customer-facing email by default. Please note that you cannot use multiple emails with QBO. However, you can use the Note to Customer section to leave a note for your customers and include your sales representative's email there. This way, the customer can respond to the sales representative's email address.

In managing your sales forms, note that you can also personalize them to fit your business standards. To know more, see this attached link for a guide: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
