We'd want to make sure we get to update your billing information, nick-gaskey.
There are options where you can check the status of your subscription, and update your payment information at the same time. First is doing it inside QuickBooks Online. Just make sure you're logged in as the Master or Company Admin to have the option to manage your account. Let me show you how:
- Click the Gear icon and look for Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing and Subscription tab.
- Click the Edit link beside Payment Information.
- Enter your credit card information. Make sure that it matches with what your bank has on their file.
- Click Save Changes.
