Do you have to be a Master Admin to export reports to google sheets?

I had our master admin set up exporting reports to google sheets yesterday, but I'm still getting the error message:  "You’ll need some help to do this. Contact your company administrator to connect Google Sheets to QuickBooks."  Hoping there's a way for more than just the QB's master admin to export reports to google sheets. It's not very useful or practical if only one of our ten users on the QB's account can do this. Thanks.

You don't have to be the master admin to export reports to Google Sheets, pete-skalla-v5sy.

 

The integration requires a QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription to use this feature. If you want to upgrade, here are the steps needed:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription menu.
  3. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade.
  4. Choose the plan you want, and click Upgrade.
  5. Confirm your payment information and click Save.
