Does anyone know how to fix the subscription has lapsed warning?

Before we begin, could you please tell me what you were attempting to do when you encountered the warning? I'd also appreciate it if you send me a screenshot of the error message.

 

To isolate this issue, we must first ensure that our billing details are up-to-date. I'll show you how to check it and, if necessary, update it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Next to your payment method, click Edit ✎ if you need to change the credit card information.
  5. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  6. Once done, hit Confirm card or Save.

If everything looks good but the subscription error still shows, we can perform troubleshooting steps to check for any underlying browser issues. Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window. Depending on your browser use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If the error message no longer appears, you can go back to the regular browsing window and clear its cache. You can also use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.
