Lastly, reset the app's cache to refresh the data. This will remove all stored data in the app that sometimes prevents you from logging in.
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App.

- If you can still access QBSE, download all your QuickBooks Self-Employed transactions so you can copy them to QuickBooks Solopreneur.
- Finally, don't forget to cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription to avoid paying for duplicate subscriptions.
