Does anyone know where i can download a SOC2 or PCI compliance report on QBO? I spoke to a support tech and it was a disaster..

Welcome to the Community space, sbennett. This isn't the service we want you to experience. No worries. I've got what you're looking for.

 

  1. Go to this article: Intuit compliance
  2. Click Download for the documents you want. 
  3. It will ask you to log in to your Intuit Account if you're not logged in.
  4. Click the document link.
  5. A pop-up will show. Read it thoroughly.
  6. Select I agree, download now.

Of course it is. Intuit support is exactly the way Intuit wants it to be.

 

Intuit is a big company, and if they wanted their support to be different (better) it would be different. They used to want it to be better, and it was better.  Now, clearly they don't want that, or they would do something about the dismal state of their support.
