Currently, QuickBooks doesn't offer email support. Instead, you can contact our support team through chat, phone calls, or by asking questions in the QuickBooks Community. Please be advised that our support hours for QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time. While for QuickBooks Online Advanced is available round the clock, seven days a week.

I have been on hold for over an hour with the "call us" option for support. I replied to a support email with the details of my problem. It was/is completely ignored. I just want an email address to send my issue to. My issue is explained in great detail in the attachment I sent (below)
