Join nowhi, so I've been locked out of my company for about a week now. I have made several calls , spoken with several people. and so far they can and will not do nothing!!!!
it all started with an update in quickbooks.it said they had one and would I like to update. normally I do not but since I was already in quickbooks I said alright. now it will not accept my password, has an email that is deactivated from 24 years ago. and of course I can no longer get into that email. I have sent them forms twice now with copies of my drivers lic. and all I want them to do is let me change my email so that i can get my password. and while I can log onto intuit it tells me that my quickbooks desk top pro is not associated with my account. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT THE TWO TOGETHER??? My company in the mean time is going on, even though I cannot invoice anyone, chek address, check warranty work, pay bills , access my checking info. or bill customers. all I want from them is to help me get into my business. there asking me to wait for three to fourteen business days. I cannot wait that long! my business needs to be up to date.

I'd like to take it from here. However, I'm unable to access your account information in a public space. Normally, our support people would need verification (for security purposes) before you can reset and change your company file password.
Since you've already processed the Master Admin claim documents, I'd recommend giving our support another chance to help you again. This time, you'll want to tell the next available agent to expedite the claim processing so you can access your company file again.
If you have a case number, you can provide it to them so they can read through the notes from your previous calls.

Which QB Desktop year version do you have? If you have one of recent versions, you may find your license information in your CAMPS.
