Join nowWe recently implemented the Price Levels option with custom prices.
What I'd like to know is if there is a way to edit the Standard Price and Custom Price at the same time? It seems like a lot of extra work to go back and forth from the item for the standard price all the way into the price level list to set the custom price. I'd like to set up two more levels, but if I can't make this simpler I think I might pass on doing that.
I'm open to third party solutions if it's not a feature available in Enterprise.
Utilize the 3rd party importer tools to modify it in bulk

The template should like this
Name | Is Active | Type | Fixed Percentage | Item | Custom Price | Adjust Relative To |
Commercial | Y | FixedPercentage | -10
Industrial | Y | FixedPercentage | -15
Residential | Y | FixedPercentage | -5
Door Replacement Special | Y | PerItem | Framing | 45
Door Replacement Special | Y | PerItem | Installation | 30
Door Replacement Special | Y | PerItem | Hardware:Lk Doorknobs | 35 |
Hope it helps.
Thanks! Just quick looking at both of these programs, it looks like either should do the job or does it require both 3rd party add ons?
Hello, @randi-p.
You can also check through our Apps page for any third-party apps that can edit the Standard Price and Custom Price at the same time: https://desktop.apps.com/home.
For more information about price levels, go to your Help menu and then click on QuickBooks Desktop Help. Enter Use the Price Level list on the Have a Question? window.
