Employee returned. under Manage Users, I reactivated him but, the list still shows him as "inactive".When I sign out and go back in, he's not in the user list anymore.

Under manage users, I went to "Add User", reactivated him. But, list shows him as "inactive".  then when I sign out and go back in, he's not in the user list anymore.

Hey there, @louann3

How's your day going so far? I hope all is well.

It sounds like you have some issues going on with your browser's cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like an active employee show inactive again once you sign in. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.

After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.

Please let me know if you continue to have issues with the employee. I'm always around if you have any questions or concerns. Take care, and have a safe weekend!

I just tried that, same issue :(

1.  click on manage users, add user, found him in the drop down.  It asks to make him active and I said "Yes"Picture1.png

2.  I clicked "Reactivate" on the next screen.

3. He shows up at the bottom of the list.... But, says "Inactive"Picture3.png

4.  If I go out and back in, he's gone. Picture4.png
