Error Creating Custom Invoice (Custom Form Style)

Has anyone received this error while modifying a custom invoice (custom form style) in Quickbooks Online?

"Error occurred

An application error has occurred while processing your request : -70001"

I've contacted support three times - each time takes forever and they can't figure anything out. I'm using web browsers - I've tried Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Safari on multiple devices. I get the same error each time I try to update any content such as the website. Any idea how to fix this? Support has been useless and won't even escalate to someone else to resolve.

Error Creating Custom Invoice (Custom Form Style)

I wish I could make it better, @jturner2013.

Even if you already contacted our Customer care Support, I'd still recommend doing the same. With their tools, a specialist can pull up your account, securely, and create a ticket to be submitted to our engineering team for further investigation.

Lastly, I've also included this helpful article for ideas about how you can receive payments from your customers: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me updated in the comments if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.

I repeatedly asked them to create a ticket & escalate, but they just keep going through the same repetitive troubleshooting steps. When those steps inevitably don't work, the chat agent simply stops responding.

Then I open a new chat, and repeat the above all over again. Can you create a ticket for me?
