Ever since the app update, I'm unable to do the instant deposit when I run a credit card. Can someone help me?

When I Google it says, go to customers, then credit card processing, but when i go to customers there is no option for cc processing. Not even under help.

Getting paid quickly can be a game changer and Instant Deposit definitely helps. I'd be glad to help clarify instant deposits in QuickBooks.

 

Not all payments will be eligible for instant deposit. If you're signed up for Instant Deposit, you will see that option if the payment is eligible.

 

To ensure you're able to use and qualify for an instant deposit, your QuickBooks Payments account must be active and in good standing. Instant Deposit is an additional service offered by QuickBooks Payments subject to eligibility criteria. 

 

Then attach your debit card to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks utilizes your card to deposit the money into your checking account. It must be a Visa or Mastercard connected to your checking account at your bank or credit union.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Sales and choose the Deposits.
  3. Click Get set up in the instant deposit banner. Note: You'll only see this option if you're eligible.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps and register your debit card info.
  5. When you receive the confirmation code, enter it to verify the account.
