Export paychecks to quickbooks

Good day, texpancon.

We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out for you. I'd also like to ask what payroll app or program you're using to run payroll? For now, there's no option to directly import payroll checks into QuickBooks Online.

Although, you can import bank transactions into the program as a CVF file. Check out these articles for more details:

There are also third-party apps that offer importing data into QBO. Here's how you can look for accredited and approved third-party apps:

  1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list beside Browse category, then select Sync Data.

Feel free to check out these articles for additional guidance and reference as well:

Please know that you can always reply or reach out to us again if you have other questions. We'll make sure that everything is sorted out.

Export paychecks to quickbooks

Since the merging of IOP and QuickBooks I am not able to export paychecks from the Payroll system to Quickbooks. When I search for exporting paychecks it has a link to the Jump to export data. When I do this I get this error message. I had no issues exporting paychecks with IOP for years. How do I get my historical paychecks exported to QuickBooks?
