I believe you've already sent the master admin claim. You'll receive a response within three business days via email after your request.
If you're still unable to receive an email, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can check the status of the request by looking at your previous case in the system.
Here's how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
