Log in as the Master Administrator to check your subscription status.

If you're receiving this message, you'll need to update your subscription to put in data. I'm here to guide you in the process of making your account active again in just a few clicks. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  3. Navigate to Billing Subscription.
  4. To update your payment information, press Edit then enters the details.

If I paid for quick books online to confirmed my banking transactions I should be able to go and confirm those transactions for the months I paid for my service
