getting help with a subscription

I need to get help from an expert at QB. Every agent I chat with gives me a different subscription and charges me different amounts...within the same year. I need to stop paying more and more money.  Nobody ever says the same thing, and I feel like they just keep taking more money and nobody ever backs up what the previous agent promised me.   I need to write a letter with all the facts and charges in chronological order.  Nobody can give me an address to send it to or a phone number to talk to someone in charge.
