Getting to the client list in QBO works only sporadically

Good morning, is anyone having the below issue?  (screenshot is attached)

 

When I go to the client list using the menu, either through sales or clients and leads, there are a few issues that are happening. Either it takes me to a page where I see the attached screenshot OR it will bring up an error that says "failed to fetch" but at least then it gives me the search bar.  I am able to enter the name of a client and it will bring that client up.  But, it will work for a while and then I will have issues such as trying to open an invoice and edit I get an error message that something went wrong and I need to refresh the page or try again later.  Well I run a business so I don't have time to continuously come back and try again later. 

 

I have called support and of course, can get no further than read from the script triage support people who lead me through the same course of action, of which none work.  Just for the record here is what I have done.

 

1. Cleared my cache and cookies.

2. Logged in using an incognito window.

3. Tried a different browser.

4. Tried to view both in accountant view and business view.

 

These things will work temporarily but at any given time it will again fail.  Then I have to log out and try variations of the above again.  Additionally, this is getting worse.  When it first started I would have to go through this a few times a day.  Now it happens every hour.  It's killing productivity and it's ridiculous that calls and feedback do nothing.

I want to also mention that oddly, sometimes if I sit and click on clients over and over and over it will randomly finally bring me to the failed to fetch page and I can enter a client.  I have no idea when things are going to go awry.  It was ridiculous trying to do my monthly billing, and we won't even get into the fact the recurring invoice reminders don't update anymore to show last date used unless you create the invoice, go to the client (I refer you back to why I wrote this entry to begin with which makes this even more frustrating) and then open the invoice and edit it and then save and send.  Only then will it update my recurring to show the correct last date set.

 

This program is quickly becoming unusable.  Is anyone experiencing this issue and have you found any kind of a solution.

 

I will sit and wait patiently for the replies from QB that apologize and tell me to clear my cache, etc, all the things I have already tried.  Or to direct me on how to contact support so I can then talk to a person who will read from a book and tell me to take those same steps.  Then, ask to do a screenshare and see exactly what I am explaining so they can enter a ticket to have it looked into which eventually will come back as they can't resolve the issue because they don't have enough information.

 

I'm keeping a spark of hope that someone in the community has found a solution to this.  Otherwise I would be up at 6:30 in the morning entering this discussion.

 

Please help, hope is waning.
