Integrating bundle items from a third-party app into QuickBooks Online is currently not supported, which is why you’re getting that error.
As a workaround, you can import the items into QuickBooks one at a time. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon and then select Import data.
- Choose Products and Services from the Select record type dropdown, then click Import.
- Select Import CSV/Excel. Under Upload your CSV or Excel file, click on Browse and select the one you've created, and click Next.
- Make sure the mappings are correct. Then, hit Next.
- Place a check mark beside the Check this box to overwrite details of existing items with the same name and category to replace details of existing items in your account.
- Once done, select Save.
After the import, you can create the bundle inside QBO.
You can also contact Shopify to ask if they have another way to send bundles to QBO.
