Congrats to both of you for making your first post here in the Community. It's my priority that you're able to use your QuickBooks Online to its full potential.
Before doing a few troubleshooting steps, I'm going to ask you some important questions that will help me determine the best solution for both of you:
In the meantime, let's use a private browser or incognito window to help resolve this problem. This will allow the glitch to be removed from your account. Here's how depending on your session:
Go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history if this works. By doing this, QuickBooks will load as a fresh new page to eliminate any glitch from occurring in your system. If not, please provide me with the answers to the questions that I asked above.

Thanks. I was actually trying to access reports such as P&L and balance sheets.
I initially posted here by mistake because of how support process works. I thought I was typing into a chat box.
A support staff told me via chat it seems
some people where also recording “504 webpage issues”. It came back after 20 mins of trying to access system.
I’m guessing it was just an overload from March 15 tax deadline with everyone online for their business accounts.
