I’ll explain how subscription bills work in QuickBooks and help resolve why they’re not appearing in your account, ARC-V.
Your subscription invoices are managed in your Intuit account under the Billing & Subscription section. To locate them:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click the Gear icon at the top right corner.
3. Select Account and Settings.
4. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab.
5. Click View payment history to review subscription invoices or download them.
If you’re unable to locate them in this section, here are some common reasons to check. First, only the primary or company admin can view subscription-related bills. Second, if you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play, visit their billing center for invoices. Third, bills may not appear immediately after payment. Lastly, accumulated cache files can disrupt the QuickBooks interface. Clear your browser’s cache or use an incognito window to resolve loading issues.
