Hello. I have some questions. 1) The payment for one year subscription: 1month free + ($7x3)+($15x8)= $141, correct? 2) I cannot access to the QB Online mobile app.

Often, customers will download the QuickBooks Online mobile app instead of the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app by accident, but you're in luck. I have links below that will help you download the correct app:

Also, for all subscription matters, please call our Support Team. They have specific tools that examine your account for that type of information. Here's how:

 

1. Log into your QuickBooks account.

2. Select the Help icon.

3. Enter your question.

4. Choose Contact Us
