You can go to this link: Accounts.intuit.com and select I forgot my user ID or password at the bottom. Then, proceed following the steps on the screen. As long as you are a master admin, you can do everything in the book. That said, you can change the email address of the other users of the book.
Here's how to edit their email address:
Once done, you'll receive an email with a password reset link. If you delete a user, transactions that made by them will still remain in the book.
Editing their email will automatically update in their settings. Other users use their email address when accessing the book without having your password.
