You can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription from the Gear icon, Farida.
Once you cancel your subscription, you will have read-only access to your data for one year. After this period, your data will be deleted permanently.
We can export your financial reports and lists as a local file (such as Excel or CSV) on your computer to save your data.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Log in to your QBO account as the Primary Admin.
- Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Under the PROFILE column, select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QuickBooks section, click the Cancel option.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete and confirm the cancellation.
