We’re sorry to see you go. If QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn’t fit for your business needs, I can help you cancel your subscription. Please follow the steps below.
If you bought QuickBooks Online from the Apple App Store:
- Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Choose iTunes & App Store.
- Select your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID.
- Enter your password and sign in.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Hit QuickBooks Online, then tick Cancel.
If you bought QuickBooks Online from Google Play:
- Go to the Google Play Store.
- Select Menu ☰, then choose My apps & games.
- Click QuickBooks Online.
- Tap Cancel to cancel your subscription.
