Welcome to the Community. I want to know a few things so we can get through with this issue. Did you mean the comma that's supposed to separate the email addresses were changed to semi-colon? If so, let me help figure out if we can isolate this issue by logging in to a private browser.
Here are the following keyboard shortcuts in QuickBooks Online:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If this works and the email addresses are now separated with a comma, then let's switch back to your regular browser and clear cache. Here is an article for the steps: Clear the temporary Internet files and cache.
