I'm determined to help get the column width to work. Let’s perform the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.
Temporary internet files and cache are stored to improve the site's performance. When there’s too much data saved, it can cause unexpected behavior in QBO.
To start off, log in to your company using the InPrivate or incognito mode. This allows the online program to run without collecting cache and cookies.
Depending on the browser you're using, refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
From there, open any reports and hover your mouse to adjust the column width. If it works, clear the cache of your regular browser to enhance the browsing performance. I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool to identify any issues with the browser’s health and its compatibility with QBO.
